This article will show you how to access the complete Presentations Transcripts ebook (pdf) included with your order.

Depending on which item you ordered, the access will be different.

If you ordered the Online Event Access (full access or streaming only)

The pdf will be found in your HealthMeans library, in the group with all of the other presentations for the event you purchased.

From here, click the event logo to open the overview page where all the talks are displayed as thumbnails.

From the overview page, it is easy to spot because the thumbnail looks different from the other images.

Note: It is not always in the same spot for every event you buy, so you will need to scan the overview page to locate it.

Click the graphic to open the “Transcripts Book” page where you’ll find the “DOWNLOAD” button. Click to download the pdf file to your device.

If you ordered the ebook as a stand-alone purchase

You’ll find the link to download the pdf to your device in your online receipt.

Right after your order is processed, we send a purchase confirmation email to the email address you used when you checked out. The subject line to look for is “Your HealthMeans Marketplace order has been received!”

If you don't see it in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam/junk folders and/or "Promotions" tab if you use Gmail. Sometimes it lands there.

In that email, find the “Click Here” button toward the top of the message area. Click it to go directly to your online receipt.

From there, click the “DOWNLOAD TRANSCRIPTS EBOOK” button -

One of two things will happen -

It will be saved automatically to wherever you’ve set downloaded files to be saved on the device you’re using.
It will open in a browser window and you’ll use the “Download” icon to specify where you want the pdf to be saved.
