Repeat Registration

If you are being asked to re-register before you can access the presentations during an event's free broadcast week or download one of the free gifts, this article shows you the steps to get past any pop-ups. 

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. We use a "cookie" system to recognize those who have already registered for our events. Check your web browser settings to confirm whether cookies are already enabled in the browser and on the device you're using.

Note: In this example, we are using the latest version of Google Chrome as the web browser and settings in the browser are set to allow all cookies. Cookies are files created by websites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing information. With cookies, sites can keep you signed in.

2. Next,  re-register for the summit.  Fill out the information required in the red boxes and click on the “Register Now!” button.

Note: In this example, we are registering for the “Lighting the Path Film and Series.” You will only be registered once if you use the same email address you used when you originally registered.

3. You can also re-register from the pop-up. Fill out the information in the red box and click on the “Register Now!” button.

When you re-register, be sure to use the same email address you used initially. That way you won't receive duplicate emails from us.

Send in a ticket to Customer Support, explain you're having to constantly re-register and ask for a workaround link. We're happy to help.
