Videos Won't Play, Skip or Play Slowly
If the videos are not playing on your device, or they are skipping or playing slowly, here are some requirements and suggestions.
- High-speed internet is a MUST to view streaming videos. Our technical team recommends a connection speed of no less than 10 Mbs. To check your connection speed, go to speedtest.net and run a free test.
- The speed of your computer is also a factor. Most computers less than three years old and connected to high-speed internet should stream the presentations just fine. In some instances, a virus or malware could be slowing the computer down and causing playback issues.
- One more critical factor is the browser you are using. We recommend always using the latest version of your web browser. Firefox, Chrome, or Safari are great options.
- Adblockers may cause this issue. Please disable any Adblockers and try again. If you're not sure how to disable an Adblocker, here's a good place to learn more -- https://www.softwarehow.com/disable-adblock/
- If you're up to date on all these things, then please clear your browser cache. This handy tool will walk you through the process: https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser
- Waiting for 2 or 3 minutes and trying again will often remedy the situation.
- You can also disable all plugins on your browser.
- Lastly, anti-virus software and firewalls can cause this type of problem. So, please consider changing your security settings.
If you've tried all the suggestions listed above and you're still having problems, please provide us with the following information:
