Our events have a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. The exceptions to this policy are as follows:
- If your order was placed before the first day of the free event, your 30-day period for a refund starts on Day 1 of the free event.
- If you purchased a USB flash drive, your 30-day window for a refund opens on the date it was delivered per the carrier tracking information.
- If you purchase an add-on program, the 30-day window begins on the date it is first accessible or the date of purchase, whichever is most recent.
