Step-by-step Instructions - How To Access Your Registration "Thank You" Gifts

Right after you register for the free event, we send a “Welcome” email to the email address you used when you registered.

The subject line to search for includes this phrase: “ you’re registered for ...“ and then the name of the summit. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder or “Promotions” folder if you use Gmail.

In that email, you’ll find the link to access the free gifts and the early talks.

Experiencing a Problem?

If you are asked to re-register again when trying to access the registration gifts, this may indicate you have cookies disabled in your web browser’s settings. You’ll need to enable cookies and re-register. Then you won’t need to re-register again on that device.

If you’re asked to re-register, just use the same email address when you registered initially. That will get you onto the page and you won’t receive duplicate emails. 

You’ll only need to do this one time. That will set the “cookie” on the device you're using and you won’t need to repeat for each gift. 

Downloading the Free Gifts 

Click the “Download Now” button next to the eBook you’d like to keep. That Opens the eBook in your internet browser and you will have the option to download it if you want. 

Viewing the Early Talks 

The videos play right on the page; they don’t open in a new window. But if you’d like to view them in full screen, click the icon on the far right of the playbar.

Also on that playbar, you’ll find the option to control the volume. There is also an option to play “Picture in Picture.” That comes in handy when you want to play the presentation in the background while you do other things on your device at the same time. This feature is a nice time-saver. 

If you have problems accessing the video, be sure you don't have any type of pop-up or ad blocking software, plugin or extension enabled for our website. That can impact your ability to view our website as we had intended.
