Unsubscribe From Emails

HealthMeans has two types of mailing lists: 

  1. Registered Summits: Emails about a summit-related event for which you have registered
  2. HealthMeans News and Updates: Information regarding our HealthMeans community about new (or changes to) features, products and/or services, health events and classes

To Unsubscribe from the "HealthMeans News and Updates" list, scroll to the bottom of an unwanted email 

Click either the "Manage Your Subscription" or "Unsubscribe" links to quickly remove yourself from the email list. You'll land on a page that looks something like this: 

Scroll to the bottom and check the box(es) from the updates you no longer want to receive and then click the orange "Update Profile" button. 

To Unsubscribe from a Specific Summit Email Updates

When you register for a summit, we automatically add you to that summit's email list. You can remove yourself from that list at any time. 

To unsubscribe from a specific summit's email updates, click  the blue "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of a summit email you receive

That directs you to a confirmation screen that looks something like this where we invite you to share your feedback -- 

If you encounter difficulties getting unsubscribed, reach out to the support team. Let us know which summit's email updates you no longer want to receive. We'll take care of it for you.
