When will I receive my order from the Strange Pain Docuseries?

Customers who have purchased a Silver or Gold Digital Package or Combo Package will be given 100% on-demand access to the online version of the docuseries episodes the moment they purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email with login details to access your lifetime account.

Any Strange Pain Physical or Gold Combo Packages and USB Jump Drive will go into production after the free viewing period concludes and will ship within 7-10 after. Once shipped, depending on your location, your package will usually take 3-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment that will include tracking information.

What is your return policy?

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, all packages originate from Illinois, USA ‒ while most domestic orders will arrive at the customer's address in 7-10 business days, customers in neighboring states will likely receive orders in 2-3 business days.

International orders are being shipped via UPS and will arrive at the customer's address in 3-5 business days, but please allow 7-10 business days to reach Australia. Delivery to customers in some countries with less developed or rural infrastructures may take 16-28 days.

What are the purchase options available?

You have the option of purchasing a digital package (online access and downloads), a physical package (DVDs and printed material), or a combination of both.

How long will I be able to access my online account?

If you decide to purchase the docuseries, you will be granted lifetime online access. All episodes will be available to access Strange Pain from anywhere you have internet access.

How do I access each episode?

Each day, at 9:00 pm US Eastern, we release an email with a link to that day’s new episode (it can take up to 30 minutes to receive.) Click on the link and you will be taken to a web page with the episode. If you have not received an email, please check that our emails are not ending up in your spam/junk or promotional folders.

Can I rewatch the episode once I’ve already watched it?

Yes, you may rewatch the episode as much as you’d like within the 24-hour period that it is airing. Each episode is available from 9:00 pm US Eastern through 8:59 pm US Eastern the following day.

The episode video is not playing. What do I do?

First, try refreshing your web browser. This should reset the player and allow for seamless viewing.
