Customers who have purchased a Gold Digital Package or Combo Package will be given 100% on-demand access to the online version of the docuseries episodes the moment they purchase. 

You will receive a confirmation email with login details to access your lifetime account.

Any Strange Pain Physical or Gold Combo Packages and USB Jump Drive will go into production after the free viewing period concludes and will ship within 7-10 after. Once shipped, depending on your location, your package will usually take 3-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment that will include tracking information.

Once shipped, all packages originate from Illinois, USA ‒ while most domestic orders will arrive at the customer's address in 7-10 business days, customers in neighboring states will likely receive orders in 2-3 business days.
