Step-by-step Instructions

1. The first step is to click on the "Buy Now" button so the Online Event Access is added to your cart.

   

   
   

2. Another offer will be shown on the next page. To add it to your order, click the "Yes, Add to my Order!" button. If you only want to buy the Online Event Access, just click on the "No Thanks, Just Continue to Checkout" button.

   

   
   

3. When you click on the “Yes, Add to my Order!" button it will confirm that it has been added to your order.

   

   
   

4. Now, proceed to the checkout page by clicking the "Continue to Checkout" button.

   

   
   

5. On the checkout page, enter your billing details and verify the items on your cart. If you need to remove any items just click on the "Empty Cart" button to start over.

   

   
   

6. The flash drive of the presentations' videos, audios and pdf transcripts from the broadcast event can also be purchased by clicking the check box located at the lower right side of the page.

   
   

   

7. Once you are ready to purchase, just click on the "Place Order" button and you should be all set.
