To request a refund, complete the web form at the link below, and your request will be sent directly to the HealthMeans Support Center -

To expedite your request, we will need the following:

  1. Your full name
  2. The email address you used when you placed your order
  3. Your method of payment (credit card or Paypal) 

Support tickets are answered in the order they are received. Once we confirm that your purchase is eligible for a refund, we will process your request promptly.
